East Bay residents have an exciting opportunity to share their ideas and questions for the planning of a new park located at the former Roddy Ranch Golf Course in Antioch, CA.

The East Bay Regional Park District is developing a new park and is inviting the public to provide their input and get involved in the planning process through several public meetings. The park is expected to offer a diversity of outdoor recreational activities, including picnic areas, interpretive opportunities, as well as restrooms and other facilities.

La Fundación de Parques Regionales y el Distrito de Parques Regionales del Este de la Bahía han organizado por varios meses programas virtuales, en vivo y gratis para la comunidad.

Muchas veces no damos importancia a realizar ejercicios de estiramiento. Sin embargo, estudios demuestran que los beneficios al realizar ejercicios de estiramiento a fin de mejorar nuestra flexibilidad corporal son muy importantes.

Muchas organizaciones aquí en el Área de la Bahía se han adaptado cuidadosamente a la realidad de la pandemia para mantener e incluso expandir su rol comunitario.

El Distrito de Parques Regionales del Este de la Bahía (EBRPD) siempre ha apoyado la buena salud y el bienestar de la comunidad al proporcionar hermosos parques, programas e instalaciones para el bienestar físico y mental. Sin embargo, las clases de salud y fitness que se llevan a cabo en los parques aún no se han reiniciado.

Park district hosting free classes with expert instructors

Many organizations here in the Bay Area have thoughtfully adapted to the pandemic reality in order to maintain and even expand their community role.  

The East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) has always supported good health and wellness in the community by providing beautiful parks, programs, and facilities for physical and mental wellness. Health and fitness classes held in the parks, however, are currently still on standby.
