1. BID OPENING: The bidder shall complete the “Proposal to the City of San Leandro” form contained in the Contract Book.  The proposal shall be submitted in its entirety. Incomplete proposals will be considered non-responsive. Sealed bids containing the completed Proposal Section subject to the conditions named herein and in the specifications for WPCP Sludge-Soil-Cement Stabilization and Fill, Project No. 2025.6020 addressed to the City of San Leandro will be received at City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, 2nd Floor San Leandro at the office of the City Clerk up to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. If the city issues any material changes, additions, or deletions to the Project later than 72 hours prior to the bid opening, the date and time for the bid opening will be extended by no less than 72 hours.

El Departamento de Control de Sustancias Tóxicas (DTSC) desea conocer su opinión sobre la renovación de un permiso para la gestión de residuos peligrosos en Chevron Environmental Management Company, históricamente conocida como Chevron Chemical Company. Este permiso no aplica a la Refinería Chevron Richmond. Esta instalación fabricó pesticidas y fertilizantes entre 1937 y 1998. Supervisamos un permiso para dos unidades ubicadas en 835 Castro Street, Richmond, CA 94801. El sistema de gestión de aguas pluviales ocupa aproximadamente 70 acres y el vertedero cerrado, aproximadamente 4.5 acres. La contaminación se contiene en el sitio mediante un muro de contención, una zanja, y bombas de extracción de aguas subterráneas.
