También apoyaron la creación de materiales educativos para niños y adultos, promoviendo las vacunas para la Influenza y COVID-19

Las comunidades latinas en los Estados Unidos se han visto impactadas desproporcionadamente por la pandemia debido en parte a un menor acceso a las vacunas, a pesar de ser uno de los grupos étnicos con mayores contagios. Esta desigualdad en el impacto y acceso a servicios de salud sigue generando resultados negativos que podrían evitarse.

Lorena Garibay D'Alba tiene 23 años, su educación escolar es local y nació en Hayward, en St. Rose Hospital.
