SANITARY SEWER POINT REPAIRS 2024–25
AND
FLORESTA BOULEVARD SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT

  1. BID OPENING: The bidder shall complete the “Proposal to the City of San Leandro” form contained in the Contract Book. The proposal shall be submitted in its entirety. Incomplete proposals will be considered non-responsive.

    Sealed bids for Sanitary Sewer Point Repairs 2024-25, Project No. 2024.0120 addressed to the City of San Leandro will be received at City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, 2nd Floor, San Leandro, CA 94577, at the office of the City Clerk up to 3:00 p.m. on February 11, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
  2. WORK DESCRIPTION: The work consists of sanitary sewer point repairs, manhole construction, manhole rehabilitation, CCTV inspection, and asphalt pavement restoration, including all appurtenant work, as shown on the plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
  3. OBTAINING THE PROJECT PLANS AND CONTRACT BOOK: Project plans and the Contract Book may be obtained free of charge from https://www.sanleandro.org/Bids.aspx .

    Potential bidders are encouraged to contact the Public Works Department at 510-577-3428 or Engineering@sanleandro.org to be placed on the plan holder’s list.

    Printed hardcopies may be purchased from East Bay Blueprint and Supply Co. (510-261-2990) or https://www.eastbayblueprint.com .
  4. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Attendance is mandatory to qualify for bidding.
