Applications can be obtained, exclusively, between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pick up/drop off completed applications at: MacArthur Commons Temporary Leasing Office (The entrance for the leasing office is located at 39th and Telegraph)

Applications must be returned no later than Friday, December 14th, 2018 at 5:00pm
